An existing ranch home adjacent to open space in Arvada provided the perfect opportunity to create an expanded first-level master suite and expanded kitchen/recreation room to accommodate a bustling family of six. Many iterations were explored before a final option was selected in order for the homeowners to establish a long-term phasing plan to achieve the spaces their family may need in the present and future.
