A whole-house renovation and two-story covered deck addition created a more enjoyable, energy-efficient, functional home for a busy family of four that enjoys entertaining and being outdoors. A new roof and facade material helped reposition the home from the 1970’s to a clean, modern interpretation of the client’s preferred styles, Scandinavian and mid-century design.
